I received the Emilia High Heel Diamante Slingback (540406) a few days before Christmas and I could not wait to wear them, they are stunning and perfect for any night out.

Draped nonchalantly over one’s shoulders, blanket scarves certainly look easy to pull-off, but what happens when a gust of wind threatens? and lets face it, we will have more than a few gusts to contend with, Or one gets jostled in a crowd? To avoid constantly tugging at one’s cape-like cover-up, there is a simple super easy solution, the belt.! Cinching in the waist not only adds outfit security when on the move, it highlights the fact you do have a womanly figure under that mass of woollen material and depending on the belt, you can tie in your bag, shoes and additional accessories..

Bargain Buys! Aldi launch clothing line for fuller-figured women with sizes from 14-30.
THE budget supermarket favourite, releases its 1st stylish collection of jersey tops and denim for plus-sized ladies.
With the average dress size now 16, Aldi is also trying to muscle in on the growing plus size market with its announcement today of a range for women wearing 14 – 30 clothes. The range focuses on casual clothing and is in store from the 26th October. They’ve got essential wear, wide fitting loafers, tights and undies.
Fill your basket with more than a tub of milk and loaf of bread this autumn with Aldi’s new clothing range.
Aimed at fuller-figured women from size 14 to 24, the range features everything from classic denim jeans to must-have chunky knit cardigans.

Mr & Mrs Stunning more like 🙂 The nuptials of the actor and the lawyer were so lavishly staged and starry you’d be forgiven for wondering what kind of heist was happening in the background 🙂
All eyes were fixed on the Amal Alamuddin as she wed the world’s most eligible bachelor but the 36-year-old lawyer seemed unfazed as she walked the streets of Venice in a series of elegant, floating gowns.
While her wedding dress is shrouded in secrecy, there is no doubting her style credentials shone over the course of the weekend’s celebrations.
Making her first post-nuptial appearance on Sunday the British-Lebanese lawyer stepped out in a lace long-sleeved Giambattista Valli dress dotted with bright flowers.

The ceremony itself has been locked down, picture rights having been sold for charity to US Vogue – whose editor, Anna Wintour, has been pictured gingerly stepping aboard a bobbing craft – but snippets have got out. The ceremony was performed by Rome’s former mayor Walter Veltroni, and the bride and groom processed through an arch of imported white roses while the assembled guests beamed and a string quintet played Eine Kleine Nachtmusik. Later, guests were reportedly offered a choice between sea bass and Chianina steak.
That Venetian location was almost outrageous, positively Bondian in its glamour. So much so that one might almost suspect a huge tongue-in-cheek stunt or hoax on Mr Clooney’s part, a delicious diversionary tactic that could have been dreamt up by Danny Ocean (Clooney’s roguish heist-caper mastermind in his movie Ocean’s Eleven) as a ruse to distract the media’s attention from the fact that the real wedding had happened, or was about to happen elsewhere: in Rome, or Paris or Wood Green register office in north London.
What a difference to his first wedding in 1989, in which the younger George Clooney, unencumbered by these almost constitutional responsibilities, just jumped into a Winnebago with his girlfriend Talia Balsam, headed for Vegas and got hitched. The couple parted some years later, on perfectly amicable terms.
Alamuddin is highly successful and respected as a professional in her own right: a brilliant and serious person who was perhaps the only plausible marital prospect for a man who has become almost a byword for handsomeness, a bachelor from another, more glamorous age who could surely not expect or want to remain single forever.
They are clearly radiantly happy, and she is quite possibly the dominant partner. With this wedding, Alamuddin and Clooney have co-directed a sensational piece of multimedia street theatre: a spectacular event played out in the canals of Venice, in exclusive hotels, and in glossy magazine pages.

Do you get derailed by the Fabulous boobie traps in your store, If you do you are not alone
Do you go into the store for milk and leave with everything other that milk?
So you know how it is, You have a “few bits” to pick up in the supermarket and you may even go to the trouble of writing a list: .. Something I may need to begin doing in order to avoid these all too often derailments.. anyhow so you pop in store and you know this “list” be it in writing, a note on your phone or a mental list is just a little list, may take you 15 minutes to get in, grab your items, check the offers, get through the check out and BAM your home!!! That’s the plan.. right?
But the before you know it, you have spotted something sparkle in the corner of your eye.. and No it is not anything noted on The List but it is too sparkly and too cute to just walk on by and sure you are only going to look, what! like a 30 second look is going to be that much of a derailment .. I am in control here , it is only a peek and this quote came to mind and I knew I just couldn’t walk on by……..
So I follow my ❤ .. good move right!! and I begin to browse about at all the FABULOUS beauties on offer, I try a coat on.. this coat 
but walked away from it as my regular size was a little big and the size down was a little small… carried on picking up bits, getting further and further away from my reason for going shopping ” the milk, potatoes and a few other bits” Seeing some lovely things in all fairness .. And then I stumble upon these beauties .. WOW what beauties they are.. I am in ❤ with the shoe shoes , I try them on and Oh wow they fit like a glove, the are the perfect height and look amazing .. so I HAVE to have them.. 
Pretty right? So who buys just shoes .. Like they would be great on their own but I know if I keep looking I will find something amazing to go with these beauties.. I have at this point forgotten the original purpose of my trip and carry on in this delightful ((all be it unexpected)) shopping escapade AND what do I find but only the perfect accompaniment to these FABULOUS she shoes , feast your eyes on this baby!! 
What a beaut this is, so Now I have the Shoes and I have the Bag but I have NO milk and NO potatoes ..

This is a serious highlight of the week so far and we have just fallen head over heels in love with these gorgeous, voluminous, floral, show stopping, floor length gowns… I think if there was a dress heaven it may look like this collection.♥
Oscar de la Renta has said ‘I just want to make beautiful clothes’ and this is exactly what he is doing with this and previous collections.
I just can’t wait for the High street to recreate some of these style in the weeks and months ahead.
